Please read and review these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) carefully, as they govern the access to and use of the website https://everlay.com (the “Website”), owned by EVERLAY GROUP, LLC, with a domicile at 7480 SW 40th St, Suite 810, Miami, Florida 33155, United States of America (hereinafter, “Everlay”). The Website is informational in nature and makes available to the general public institutional information about Everlay, its corporate group and its activities, among other information of general interest. The access to and use of the Website imply the full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, in terms of Article 1803 of the Federal Civil Code of the United Mexican States. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For the interpretation, performance and compliance of these Terms and Conditions, Everlay and the User expressly submit to the laws of the United Mexican States and to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles or for any other cause.
