We have a limited 10-year warranty for all products sold on our website. If a manufacturer's defect is found after the 100-Night guarantee, please give us a call. If it’s found there is a manufacturer’s defect during the first 100 nights, we’ll pick up your old product and send you a new one. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for the replacement product, if after the 100-night trial. The warranty is only honorable to the original buyer of the product. The limited lifetime warranty will only apply to manufacturer defects. Natural wear and tear and improper use of the Everlay sleep products will not be covered. We will not be responsible for any damage or misuse of the products.
